How to Enable LED Flash for Alerts in iOS 7

There are many interesting tips hidden in iOS you may not know, an interesting Accessibility feature called “LED Flash for Alerts” which will use the device’s camera LED Flash to light up for incoming alerts. This feature is mainly designed for the hearing-impaired users. But it can also come in handy for normal user in some special circumstances, such as when you are watching a wonderful entertainment and very noisy, then regardless of your phone is vibrating or ringtone can not get your attention, but the LED light able to attract you, so not miss important things.

To make LED Flash for Alerts valid, you will need to have the phone lying face down in order to see the LED flash.

The below will guide you how to enable the “LED flash for alerts” setting in iOS 7.

Step 1: Tap the Settings app in iOS 7.

Step 2: Click to the General option, then you will see the Accessiblility option.

Step 4: Scroll down to the Hearing section, then tap the button to the right of LED Flash for Alertsto turn it on.
