How to Delete Stock Apps in iOS 7

Currently, almost all mobile phones including the iPhone will be pre-installed some native apps, and users unable to delete or hide these apps. Course Android device users can get root access to delete these applications to free up more RAM, ROM and save battery life. While iOS users will need to jailbreak their devices to get root privileges.

If you really tired of these stock apps in iOS 7, then you can follow the tutorial below to completely remove them one by one, please note that these operations exist risk that you may need to restore iOS firmware when the system files are corrupted.

Delete Stock Apps in iOS 7

Step 1: Jailbreak your iOS devices using Evasi0n or Pangu.

Step 2: Install the ‘Apple File Conduit 2’ package in Cydia Store to get full USB filesystem access, that allows you to read and write System files from your device over USB.

Step 3: Download iFunbox 2.8 form  here, which is a powerful file manager specifically for iOS.

Step 4: Install iFunbox on Windows or Mac

Step 5: Connect your jailbroken device to computer, you need tap ‘Trust the Computer’ on your iPhone and iPad after USB connection, then launch iFunbox.

Step 6: The software will automatically read the iOS system files, you need to do is delete the stock apps corresponding files and folders.

Step 7: Navigate to the Raw File System in the left panel, tap on it, you will see all System Folders and files.

    Is there any way to re-install stock apps? I tried to change the Photo app icon and now its disappeared. Can still access photos from iFile but cant get to Photo app any way.
