Download OdysseusOTA to Downgrade iPhone 4s and iPad 2 to iOS 6.1.3

Want to relive iOS 6 style on some of your old devices? Now there is a possibility that allows users to downgrade their iPhone 4s and iPad 2 back to iOS 6.1.3 from any firmware, and most important that such method no SHSH blobs required.

As Apple is still signing iOS 6.1.3 for iPhone 4s and iPad 2 over-the-air (OTA), so an iOS developer @tihmstar just take advantage of this point to create a tool dubbed “odysseusOTA” for downgrading. Want to see the downgrade in action? Then watch this detailed step-by-step video.

This downgrade process requires a jailbroken device and the odysseusOTA, and will have extremely limited use-case scenarios, as it is strictly limited to the aforementioned firmware / hardware combos. Moreover, it’s also possible to jailbreak the iPhone 4s and iPad 2 running on iOS 6.1.3 using the p0sixspwn tool.
